Since about 3 years ago, I was introduced to the world of quilling.
Quilling is a paper craft, where essentially, you roll thin strips of paper and manipulate to create your design (most widely used to make flowers)
These were my practice batch
(because I was not prepared when I came across this magical new hobby, I had to resort to using my plain printer paper and large sticky notes)
With the basic shape, the teardrop, I was also able to create this simple tree.
As I said, I was able to make this the first few days after my discovery of quilling. It is very simple and cheap hobby (all you need is some paper, scissors, glue, and patience), and although it is not as big as other hobbies out there, you should all give it a shot! :}
